For the purposes of this evaluation, the stakeholders are:
- involved project stakeholders (including relevant EC staff)
- policy-makers in Latin America
- individuals/organizations people launching new initiatives or managing existing ones related to the Information Society topics contained in @LIS2
- other interested professionals/individuals (academics, ICT4D specialists, etc.).
